The condo was very clean, quiet and modern. It was a nice place to stay with a good view of Lake Pepin and walkable to downtown Lake City. The management was responsive. My one complaint is that there was a "boil water advisory" because of possible e coli in the drinking water that weekend (that started a couple days before we arrived)-which we didn't know about. We learned about it from a restaurant we walked to. I messaged the management of the vrbo and they had told the other renters but had missed telling us. Fortunately we hadn't drank any of the tap water at the unit, but I wasn't pleased by this oversight.

We had a wonderful one-night stay! The property was beautiful, and the view of Lake Pepin was absolutely stunning. The condo was very clean and well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. There was some road noise from traffic, but that was understandable given the location. When we arrived, there was also a very strong smell of floor cleaner that was a bit overwhelming. We opened the back door and windows for a while to air the condo out, and that helped considerably. The right side of the bed was quite squeaky when moving around, and the showerhead could use an upgrade. Overall, though, these were minor issues, and for a one-night stay, the condo was perfect for my daughter and I. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful condo, but the air conditioning system was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. Even after turning the system off, the very loud fan kept cycling on.The digital locks on the outside doors didn’t open a couple times. One time one of the doors was unlocked, and the second time, another guest was nice enough to let us into the building through their garage.
