How do I get access to your rooftop area?

-The rooftop area and common lounge are open to all of our guests. Feel free to cook meals and hang out in these areas at your convenience.

What supplies are provided?

-Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, dish soap, kleenex, bath towels/rags

What type of cleaning supplies do you use?

-All of our cleaning supplies are non toxic and fragrance free

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out?

Please wait to request your early check in or late check out until 2 days before your reservation to check availability. We charge $15 per hour early or late with a maximum of 3 hours.

What type of coffee makers do you provide?

We have drip style coffee makers and we provide the filters. Just bring your favorite coffee to enjoy!

How do I book a unit?

-Determine the date range you would like to stay with us, enter those dates on the home page, and the system will show you every available unit for those dates.

How much do the units cost per night?

-Pricing varies depending on time of year, events, unit size, and availability. The best way to check pricing is to know your specific date range and enter that on our homepage. The system will give you a pricing breakdown for each available unit.

Do any units have garage access?

-Yes. Units 101, 106, 201, and 208 all have attached garages that you can enter directly into your unit.

Units 205, 206, 207, 303 and 305 all have assigned garages on the lower level.

Where is the building located?

-Great River Flats is right next to Dairy Queen on Highway 61.

Do you allow pets?

Only units 102, 103, 202, 203, and 204 are pet friendly. Please add the pet fee per pet at checkout.

Are any of these units for sale?

-No, all 19 units at Great River Flats are short term vacation rentals.

Is there a minimum stay required?

-There is a 2 night minimum on the weekends but single nights are available during the week.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

-Yes, we offer a 10% discount for weekly stays and a 20% discount for month long stays.
